When i look at http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/XWikiSyntax#HEmbeddeddocuments i see an explanation of what is embedded document and an example of a document content containing a header and a list inserted in a table cell thanks to embedded document ((( ))) syntax.
