All virtual wikis can see the groups and user defined in the main wiki, and each one can define its own users and groups, which should only be visible inside the local wiki. Global groups are prefixed, as in xwiki:XWiki.AdminGroup, while local groups have a local name, as in XWiki.LocalGroup > 2.
