Hi Caleb, i already have resolved the issue. It was a problem with the paths.
I have changed this
{{velocity}}
$xwiki.ssfx.use("/mades/portal/site/css/estilo.css")
{{/velocity}}
with this
{{velocity}}
$xwiki.ssfx.use("/portal/site/css/estilo.css")
{{/velocity}}
where the skins path is like this:
/usr/share/tomcat5.5/webapps/xwiki/skins/mades/portal/site/css
and
/usr/share/tomcat5.5/webapps/xwiki/skins/mades/portal/site/imgs
