If you add in MySpace.MyPage (http://myhost/xwiki/bin/view/MySpace/MyPage) an attachment MyFile you can retreived it at http://myhost/xwiki/bin/download/MySpace/MyPage/MyFile
But attachment are not stored in file system but in database.
