Extract form the wiki creation page (just near alias field): "The
alias used to access the wiki. The current alias suffix is
.localdomain.com. To change it edit this wiki page and search the
"$ALIASSUFFIX" in TOOLS section. You can add more aliases latter in
the wikis descriptor page."

Looks like you don't understand what domain names are. See
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_Name_System for more.

If you want to access the wikis in your farm with configuring a DNS
you should use "URL path based multiwiki mode". See
http://manager.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/AdminGuide/AccessWiki for
general explanation of of to access a wiki in a multiwiki environment.
