Looks good, now i'm not sure what is the best place to put that. Maybe in http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Features/I18N instead of l10n wiki and link http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Features/I18N somewhere in l10n wiki like the home page or a HELP panel on the right.
