I had been following this guide, however I must have missed the part about changing the JVM arguments for the tomcat service on windows. I currently am having troubles building Xwiki from source within Eclipse, so I tested whether the debug function works by simply adding the current xwiki-enterprise WAR from the download page. (I basically just created a JAR from the configured instance of Xwiki that I had previously set up for testing).
