You need to save a couple of documents on the wiki with programming rights in order for that to work (AnnotationCode.Script, AnnotationCode.Style, AnnotationCode.Settings and AnnotationCode.AnnotationConfigClass). You need to have a global user and programming rights on the whole myxwiki to be able to do that. I can handle it for you on that wiki if you prefer.
