When you do that you write a paragraph containing two macros (include
and groovy).

You should write

{{include document="Sandbox.TestService2" context="current" /}}

{{groovy output="false"}}
package com.test
class TestService {
 def static testMe() {
   return "TEST"
 }
}
{{/groovy}}

instead.
