Hi, It's a feature. By default, section editing is restricted to level 1 and 2. But you can customise it using the property *xwiki.section.depth*. This is descibed in the xwiki.cfg file http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/AdminGuide/Configuration#HSamplexwiki.cfg
