hmm AFAIK Sorin tests this at each release we do. It is maintained. However there might versions of windows that are not working and we need this reported and verified on our side to fix it. Sorin, what version of windows are you testing with? Elsa, IMO the first thing to check is that you the installer with Admin privileges on windows.
