There is a paste icon on the WYSIWYG editor tool bar (check the Import menu if you have an older version of XWiki Enterprise). You should use it instead of pasting directly into the rich text area. On the dialog that it opens there is a check box that you can use to filter the styles (only the basic styles like bold, italic, etc. are preserved).
