xwiki.cfg has been edited to change the original default from albatros
to colibri, apart from that, the hibernate.cfg.xml, xwiki.cfg and
xwiki.properties files are as per 3.1.1, the ojdbc14.jar is as also
just copied from the 3.1.1 directory.
