It doesn't work for me either. Normally, there are some shortcuts that
trigger the "View" button, and they seem to include Ctrl+V. To fix it
locally for you, edit the translation file and remove it from
core.viewers.jump.dialog.actions.view.shortcuts
In ApplicationResources_zh.properties it doesn't have a translation, so
the default English shortcuts are used.
