I will try to get our Admin to update to the latest version, but the detour with the XWiki.WysiwygEditorConfig page in object mode worked, so thanks a lot! greets zae.

In any case, you can edit directly XWiki.WysiwygEditorConfig page in object mode and set the plugin and tool bar configuration properties.
