Hello Robinson, I'm sorry, I have no more idea. Every time I had problems about hibernate configuration, I succeed to solve it using mysql binaries in command line. Perhaps it's possible to set some debug log for hibernate layer? (I'm sure it is, but if someone has a clue about it..?). Otherwise I will get back to you with some news about how to set this debug to be sure what xwiki is trying to do.
