Hmm looks like the 4.1 admin UI is not as compatible as I expected with 4.3 WAR.
Importing http://maven.xwiki.org/releases/org/xwiki/platform/xwiki-platform-extension-ui/4.3/xwiki-platform-extension-ui-4.3.xarshould fix it. A pity having to import it in all subwiki but there is not much choices here. Most of Extension Manager UI is now located in the WAR itself instead of wiki pages which makes it a lot less fragile.
