There is not missing extensions. "xwiki-enterprise-ui-all" is an all in one
extension easier to import by hand, the more Extension Manager oriented
extension which is suggested by the Distribution Wyzard at startup is
"xwiki-enterprise-ui" which declare all the other extensions as
dependencies.
