We are suddenly having a similar problem with the TagCloud: If I open XWiki.TagCloud, it doesn't display the TagCloud but an error:
Unknown macro: tagcloud The "tagcloud" macro is not in the list of registered macros. Verify the spelling or contact your administrator. I don't have any clue where the "tagcloud" macro is stored in the wiki...
