Here are some more details about the mindtouch export. It appears that it can export pages as HTML, but is limited to about 100 pages and 150 mb - our installation is over 4000 pages, and the attachments are much MUCH more than 150 mb. I was looking more towards a db dump (mysql). We have AD integration setup and restrict certain pages to certain AD groups - and would like to include that in the migration (however, as long as xwiki can apply access restrictions to child pages, then this wouldn't be too big of an issue to do manually). I'll also reach out to one (or more) of the professional support groups.
