This module serve has base for rendering and wiki stream and I confess I have been a bit lazy on the document with Wiki Stream still in progress (I have other changes to filter module locally and will probably have more). The general idea behind this module is to provide generic tools to work with filters (for example org.xwiki.rendering.listener.Listener is a filter and Wiki Streal define several of its own for wiki related events).
