Hi Dmitry. I plan to have this configuration in the UI in the proposal I have made for the evolution of the multi-wiki mode in XWiki 5.3.
Currently, the "Home" menu is displayed only if you are on the main wiki or in a workspace. If you are in a standard subwiki, the "Home" menu is not there.
