I figured out my problem. I didn't have the "http://www.github.com/xwiki-contrib/xwiki-plugin-collection"; plugin in the proper location and I had 2 xwiki.cfg files and I only had the "com.xpn.xwiki.plugin.collection.CollectionPlugin" entry in one of them. Once I had them both in everything seems to be showing up fine. Now to see if my plans work. ;)
