mostly yes, I think. The "LDAPProfileClass" is created on the fly by the LDAP extension to have a data structure to store the ldap related data per user. As it is created "in the background", the creator is indeed "nobody". On login every user gets an object of this class attached to her/his profile page with the values synched from LDAP. I expected that this would make the user profile page to be "recently modified", instead of the LDAPProfileClass page; however I have to admit it is quite some time since I last tested this.
