Ok, finally find the cause of this issue. Seems like office converter does not work with Libreoffice 4.3. I tried Libreoffice 4.0 to 4.2 and everything works fine. Best option is to use 4.0 because images are imported correctly from doc.
Maybe this should be advertised in xwiki install doc.
