Well, by "downloaded" I meant installed through the Extension manager I've installed File Manager Application 2.0.1 In the left panel, I've got the file entry When I click on file, I've got the screen attached to this mail. I tried to click, right-click, ... nothing happens

You should install the File Manager application through the Extension Manager from the wiki administration. See http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Extension+Manager+Application . This applies for all extensions from http://extensions.xwiki.org that display "Installable with the Extension Manager".
