Actually there have been already some discussions on YARN mode support in https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/zeppelin-developers/fDF7Ow4wv10 and looks like yarn-client should be working. We did not fully test Zeppelin with YARN yet as "standalone mode" is how most zeppelin instances are used in production for now. We definitely looking into YARN support, so if you could elaborate on how to reproduce the problem - I'm pretty sure somebody on the list will pick it up and be willing to help! Take care!
