Hi,

Some differences i know are,
Zeppelin is a opensource software and Databricks cloud is not. (code base
is different)
Zeppelin is more like software that you can install in your cluster and
Databricks cloud is a service that you can use with built in spark cluster
management on a cloud.
Zeppelin support not only Spark but also various backend like Flink, Tajo
... and you can even plugin your own backend. I think Spark is only option
in Databricks cloud.

Thanks,
moon
