1. Upload/Download -> No, the only way is to access the file system to do
that
2. Not really, a few branches exist with some kind of authentication, other
users have method to start multiple instances per user
3. If you have only one instance of zeppelin, then everybody can access the
same notebooks.
There is no share feature, everybody has their own ways (since its pretty
much linked to authentication), you can always use this
https://www.zeppelinhub.com/viewer/ if your notebooks are hosted somewhere
(like github for example)
