When many people use the same zeppelin to do data analysis work, user
often confuse that why the paragraph stay pending or running 0% for a long
time which seems the zeppelin is not working. But it turns out that other
users are running paragraphs in the same time.
I think it's very useful to provide a dashboard to show all the running
and pending paragraphs with state, so I can easily see how many paragraphs
should be run before mine.
