You cannot share the link to your instance and expect somebody else to have
different rights than yours.
like you said: 'anyone can change the URL and again edit/delete
notebook/paragraph.'

You can always do 'report' as theme to hide content.
Or Zeppelin also provides plenty of control at paragraph or notebook level
to show/hide code or show/hide result.

1) Share Notebook Folder, means copy paste your notebook from your
instance, and give it to somebody else for him to use in Zeppelin. (so not
what you want)
2) Just need to print the page (like any document)
3) If not public then won't work, also I didn't talk about Zeppelin for
that one
