You cannot share the link to your instance and expect somebody else to have different rights than yours. like you said: 'anyone can change the URL and again edit/delete notebook/paragraph.'
You can always do 'report' as theme to hide content. Or Zeppelin also provides plenty of control at paragraph or notebook level to show/hide code or show/hide result. 1) Share Notebook Folder, means copy paste your notebook from your instance, and give it to somebody else for him to use in Zeppelin.
