Hi Fengdong,

Spark.home was always defined but still got the issues. Now, it is
resolved. :-)  I observed that another instance of zeppelin process (0.5.0
version) was still alive despite ran ./zeppelin-daemons stop command. I had
to kill the process. Also, the classpath of zeppelin 0.5.0 jar was exported
in the terminal (I did this for some other experimentation). Fixing these
two things made zeppelin 0.5.5 works nicely in my machine. Now, i am using
spark 1.5.1 with this version and I do not have any json4s related problem
and the popular numpy issue.
