We have this *PeopleSoft 8x Functional with Public Procurement*, position
open with one of our client based out of *New York City, NY**.* It is a *18
Months* Contract
Below is the complete job description.
Position: PeopleSoft 8x Functional with Public Procurement
Duration: 18 Months
Location: New York City, NY
Rate: DOE
*Minimum Requirements: *
*MANDATORY Requirements (add additional sheets if necessary):*
NOTE: CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET ALL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION
1. A minimum of four (4) years ERP experience in the procurement area.
2. A minimum of four (4) years experience working on business process
mapping activities.
3. A minimum of two (2) years experience working with Senior management to
evaluate tactical and strategic directions by providing Pros and Cons along
with Cost, Timeline & Change Management impacts Knowledge of Inter-module
integration issues with Human capital Management (HCM), Budgeting, General
Ledger, Commitment Accounting, Campus Solutions etc.
4. A minimum of two (2) years experience with public procurement processes
(preferably the State and or City of New York).
* Desirable but Important*
1*. *Hands-on experience in implementing ERP (preferably PeopleSoft release
8.x or higher) Procurement, Accounts Payables, eProcurement, Contracts,
Supplier Management and Expense Management modules.
2. Knowledge of Inter-module integration issues with Human capital
Management (HCM), Budgeting, General Ledger, Commitment Accounting, Campus
Solutions etc.
3. Demonstrated experience in working with cross functional teams including
system integrators.
4.* *Ability to manage scope and client expectations
5. Effective communication and writing skills.
