REQUIREMENT : 3 to 4 BSAs, Duration : 6-9 months; Location - Sunnyvale, CA · Project Rainier: Currently in the requirements phase. Estimated go-live date is Sep/Dec 2010. · Start Date: as soon as possible. · End Date: TBD through go-live date. · Role Description: IT Track Leads and other functional roles to support the project team. · Responsibilities include: · Working with the Project Manager alongside IT Delivery Mgt & Business Project Mgt to deliver on the project. · Highly visible (Business/Customers) facing consultant to define and validate the overall direction of next phase of PSA implementation; · Requires 12-15 years’ experience dealing with Professional Services Application implementation; Oracle Projects Management, Projects Foundation, Projects Costing, Projects Billing, Project Budget/Forecasting, Project Collaboration · Should be highly conversant with the various Financials Application (HR, Purchasing, AP, Revenue & General Ledger) modules and its interfaces to Oracle Projects Budget as well as Oracle Projects Costing; · In depth functional expertise in implementation of application modules as well as driving extensions, customizations etc (WRICEF components); Hands on experience in implementing the above modules for a professional services organization desired. · Strategic visionary with a strong tactical hands on abilities to deliver the various deliverables · Strong verbal and written communication skills are required; Excellent Presentation skills needed; · Ability to lead, conduct and drive workshops with business leadership and influence the decision making body/teams; · Conduct high to detailed level functional analysis, functional design, drive technical design, gap analysis & gap remediation · Conduct and lead CRP and Testing phases · Detailed Functional Design (Configuration, Functional Analysis, Customization Documents) · Detailed Gap Analysis · Lead & champion the Functional Design Review Sessions · Participate in the Technical design review sessions · BSA test case preparation · Hands on BSA Testing · Provide UAT Support Thanks, Sonali ZealTech Inc.
