We prefer HP Mercury tools (QC, QTP and Performance Center). Candidate should have excellent communications skills and development/programming knowledge and experience. Summary of skill profile: § Proficient knowledge level of testing methodology, SDLC methodology, test documentation procedures. § Strong experience with QA practices including: functional, regression, load, rule-based, performance and integration testing § Minimum 5 years of Hands on Experience with QTP/WinRunner § Writing automation code making calls to Sybase and Oracle database § Design and architecture of modular, functional concepts § Proven ability to script test cases in VBScript § Experience working with QC (Quality Center) 9.0 or higher § Experience with development of automation scripts to directly test the API and database without any Front End § Experience working with customized .NET (DOT.NET) libraries § Strong SQL skills § Some experience with Unix § Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills.
