Dear Partners, Immediate need: Microstrategy Consultant Location: Bay Area, CA Duration: 6 months
Main Responsibilities: · set-up or coordinate the reporting infrastructure working closely with the IT department · develop dashboards and reports concerning bookings, revenue, billings, expenses and headcount based on the annual Plan, actuals and forecasts · develop reporting to support our Business Units leaders and functional department heads (i.e. Sales, Products, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support and Professional Services) · develop various delivery approaches such as dashboards and both “push” and “user prompted” reports · develop functional specifications along with IT Business Analysts for new data warehouses and/or additional data fields for existing data warehouses · modify or coordinate modifications to existing ETL extracts using Informatica’s Power Center product line · develop and maintain key performance dashboards to assist management in their assessment of the health of our product portfolio · identify new metrics and reporting views that will best support key business objectives · drive reporting automation of reporting views · ensure best practices over data quality and data management are implemented · have a solid understanding of Informatica’s business and our core on premise systems such as Peoplesoft Financials, Peoplesoft HR and Hyperion Planning and SAAS systems like salesforce.com, Xactly Incent, Concur and Eugencia. Experience: · BS in a quantitative major: Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Accounting or equivalent experience. · 3-5 years professional experience performing reporting and quantitative analysis using MicroStrategy products. · Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving skills with no fear of exploring complex data sources · Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. · Experience working with relational databases - SQL knowledge preferred · Experience using Microsoft Office products · Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment Thanks, Thanks, Sonali ZealTech Inc.
