Immediate need:
　
QA Lead ( Automation Tools)
Location : Sunnyvale CA
Duration: 6 months
As a member of the technical team, the QA Group Lead role directly impacts the company*s product delivery of enterprise software products.
The QA Group Lead has responsibility for developing and running the QA functions for the SW development group.
Required experience:
8+ years experience ands‐on senior contributor to the QA function
Experience with large‐scale distributed systems, multi‐threaded architectures and database integration
Experience with performance engineering, especially as it relates to distributed transactions
Experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate development environments
Experience with QA automation and modern production‐level testing tools (such as Silk, QTP, and Selenium)
Experience with release management procedures
Experience testing in an environment with overlapping software release cycles
Experience creating a small QA team and infrastructure
Proven ability to recruit and motivate small but effective QA teams
