DIRECT CLIENT REQUIREMNT::IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW

Qualifications



BS or MS in Computer Science or related degree from an accredited university



4+ years experience designing and developing Java and JEE applications and struts based web applications using MVC architecture



Experience with MVC framework architectures like STRUTS or JSF orSpring



Experience with AJAX and AJAX/_javascript_ libraries like JQUERY or PROTOTYPE



Experience with Application Server like JBOSS, TomCat, or WebSphere



Experience with DBMS like Oracle, Sybase, or MySQL



Experience using development IDE like Eclipse, IntelliJ, or NetBeans



Comfortable working in a small, yet highly interactive/communicative, team



XML parsing and XML schema design experience



Deep understanding of SOA principles and Web Services technologies is a major plus



Experience in reporting engines like Actuate and third party parser tools like DMExpress is a major plus



Experience in creating automated unit testing using Selenium, Fitnesse & HTTPUnit is a major plus



Experience in the agile methodology is a plus



Excellent communication skills
