Position Duties/Responsibilities: This individual will configure and implement CRM functional modules, encompassing sales planning, order management, account and contact management, Lead and Opportunity. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: As a Sr. Consultant, this individual will be responsible for: · Understanding and documenting the business requirements. · Mapping the requirements to the technology and identifying gaps. · Demonstrating product functionality within the client’s business context. · Developing the functional design document. · Configuring the solution. · Developing test scenarios. · Raising any issues that may impact the project implementation. · Defining technical designs and develop and implement test plans. · Identify and administer CRM best business practices per business standards for functional processes · Conduct detailed analysis sessions with end users and business subject matter experts (SMEs). Requirements: · CRM Consultant – experience in CRM and channel management – specific sales module · Experience in CRM sales module, design registration, and implementing channel management solutions (high tech/semiconductor segment) · Good middleware skills, (Portal a plus) familiarization of integration with ECC, · ASAP and Solution Manager Methodology knowledge · 3 implementations life cycle of CRM solution · Experience with SD module strongly preferred · At least 4 years of Demand Planning experience, including 3 full cycle implementations of APO DP module. · Exposure to Statistical Forecasting · Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) · Must be proficient with MS Office and MS Project Thanks, Sonali ZealTech Inc.
