Responsibilities: The developer will be responsible for providing flexible, enterprise level Web applications. The candidate should be well-versed in object oriented analysis and design, with demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex software systems. The developer will work within the 3 tier managed environment structure to deliver complete, accurate and timely applications/reports. The developer must have 6+ years of demonstrated experience in 1) C#, with a minimum of 2 years in .Net 2.0+ 2) SQL Server 2000 and 2005 experience with stored procedure development, and database and table design geared towards optimal performance at enterprise levels. The developer must work well in a team setting and have the motivation and drive to start own initiatives and work independently. The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability, flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple and changing priorities and be able to successfully collaborate with development teams, technology groups, and key business partners. Applicant should have both breadth and depth in development experience with expertise to include: NET 3.5, report development (SSRS, Crystal Reports, Oracle Reports, ASP .NET reporting components etc), object oriented analysis and design, Sql Server 2005+ (experience in SSAS and MDX preferred) and business intelligence experience (preferably with Microstrategy). Additionally, the developer should be both familiar and comfortable with working within any aspect of the software development life cycle. Tasks could range from writing technical requirements, to interfacing directly with the business, to development in .NET, SQL Server and/or Microstrategy. Required Qualifications: * .NET 1.1/2.0/3.0/3.5, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Object Oriented Design and Programming N-Tier Architecture, Web Services, LINQ, AJAX and jQuery *Experience architecting, designing, and/or developing BI applications within Microstrategy *MS SQL Server 2000/2005, Sybase IQ/ASE *Experience with Business Intelligence Development, preferably Microstrategy *Demonstrated experience coding, testing and debugging complex application programs *Experience developing concurrently with distributed team *Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment. *Strong written and verbal communication skills *Ability to effectively influence and manage change with strong collaboration skills *Proven track record of achieving common goals with aggressive timeliness. *Bachelors degree preferred.
