Title : Java Lead Locatioin : Ann Arbor, MI. Duration : 6- 12 Months. Rate : OPEN. Roles and responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Technical Architect to design and implement solutions to meet business needs. •Collaborate with Lead Interface Developer to ensure compliance with web standards and best practices. •Collaborate with a cross functional team consisting of developers, interface developers, user experience designers, QA, and product management to deliver projects using an agile, iterative process. • Collaborate with non-technical staff to explain processes. • Assist in developing methodologies, standards and best practices. • Design prototypes for new projects. • Work with Software Developers on team to assist their problem solving. • Research and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, books, and performance improvements.
