Senior Business Analyst/ PM Location: Rockville, MD
Job Requirements: · 7-10 years IT experience in analysis, development, implementation and support of business applications · 5 or more years Java development experience · *Should have extensive work experience and knowledge of Member Enrollment and Member web portal* · Experience with web services development and SOA · Experience in developing and supporting applications on relational database platforms, including Oracle and SQL server · Lead the design, development, implementation, maintenance and support for the Pharmacy Benefit Management applications · Work collaboratively across multiple IT and business areas in the support and development of complex applications, integration of systems, and frameworks, business rules, process models, analytics, controls and other components, including ancillary applications and enabling technologies · Lead a team composed of direct reports and consultants responsible for the development and support of varied projects · Work with business owners and business analysts to analyze, clarify and validate business requirements · Evaluate project requirements, participate in design meetings, determine the best solution to a problem or feature and oversee development of detailed specifications · Support QA, User Acceptance and integrated testing activities · Analyze, identify and help troubleshoot issues encountered in production and/or reported by customers/users, investigating and conducting in-depth research as required · Implement and maintain standards for technical design, coding standards and release management · Develop staff expertise and skills in PBM domain and SOA technology, methodology and practices · Strong customer service focus Thank you Raj Nandi [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
