*Description*: CONTRACT POSITION NYC, NY Description: Area Overview The Client is creating a new consultant position within the Technology Services Groups, Application Development Function. This position will support the ColdFusion applications that are used by the Research and Statistics Group. The candidate must have strong ColdFusion programming skills combined with the ability to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment. Job Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ColdFusion applications • Participate in system development life cycle, which includes requirements analysis, design, code and test • Work on assigned project tasks and ad-hoc assignments Required Skills: • Experience with ColdFusion and CFC skills • Experience with XHTML/HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, and JavaScript • Experience in developing with application security best practices to guard against web application vulnerabilities published by OWASP • Experience in writing SQL queries against Oracle or other database systems • Experience with Internet protocol tags such as CFLDAP and CFMAIL • Strong coding, analytical and troubleshooting skills • Good oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and in team environment • Ability to work overtime as necessary Desirable Skills • Working experience with Internet Explorer specifically and knowledge of browser incompatibilities • Familiarity with ColdFusion Email capabilities • Database design skills Thank you Raj Nandi-732.301.2879 / [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
