* * * * *Title*: Business Analyst (Short-term) *Duration: 3 months max* *Location*: Reston, VA *Description*: Business Analyst III is responsible for leading the functional requirements gathering team. The candidate works directly with internal customers to understand the business environment and needs. Identifies relevant design, process and specification issue. Description of the position - Group is responsible for business support of six different loan accounting systems. One of those responsibilities includes data analysis of issues that come up either during the production close, external stakeholder requests (i.e. internal audit, FHFA), or business inquiry. Because all of the systems we support are Oracle based, we do most, if not all, data analysis via SQL querying. Former Client experience is desirable, but not mandatory. Financial accounting systems experience is desired but not mandatory. Most important - High analytical aptitude and SQL skills.
