They are bringing contractors on site, no phone.  Candidates must be
local to NYC, because they will request a F2F within 24 hours and give
us a decision the same day!!!
Once there, they are administered a test.
If they pass the test, they interview for 30 minutes with a decision
same day.



Title : IVR BA
Rate : $50/HR
Location: Newark NJ
Start date: Immediate

MUST have experience implementing IVR systems from scratch as a BA!!

All the folks we submit must have the following:
Education—Advanced degrees are strongly preferred, and continuing
education is a must. We
have to lit the schools, even if they are international and we will
have to verify them.
3-5 years Health care—as in health insurance experience that is
verifiable—Any of the blues are
good, but they will be asked questions about the location and about
the team that they worked
on.
They must be really smart, active thinkers, who can take initiative to
get things done without
micromanagement.
They will phone screen and then go in for a day of panel interviews
(taking 2-4 hours).
They will be asked logic questions, and they will be asked to
demonstrate innovation and creative solutions to problems.
They will need to work independently, and to be able to get others to
do their part (requirement gathering, etc)…
Must have a degree from a top 200 school, and solid background with
fortune 200 company, longer term assignments
IIBA or other professional memberships are important

Detailed Description: Responsible for managing cross-functional teams
to deliver defined project outputs on time, within budget, and with
quality results. Project Managers plan, organize, monitor, and oversee
one or more projects to meet defined requirements or business
specifications. They work closely with others in project management to
guide efforts toward achieving intended business results.

Project Managers have primary responsibility for defining, planning,
tracking and managing the enterprise project, for identifying key
resources and providing the direction they require in order to meet
project objectives. They also ensure appropriate management, customer
and supplier involvement throughout the life of the project. Selecting
the right person for the role of project manager is crucial to project
success.

Major Responsibilities (4 to 8 in total)
- Determines project goals and priorities with project sponsors,
project owner DPMO or Program Manager
- Select team members; may not have supervisory responsibility (such
as hiring and performance/pay reviews) but provides performance input
to team members’ functional managers and/or the DPMO /Program Manager.
- May be responsible for one or more projects.
- Coach to clarify assignments and deliverables; mentor others in
project management practices; review quality of work and manages
integration of team members’ work
- Co-create a project charter with the team, including the definition
of completion and success criteria.
- Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives,
and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 7 years professional business experience, prefer Health
Insurance Industry

Additional licensing, certifications, registrations:
- PMI’s PMP certification required

Knowledge:
-Prefer knowledge of health insurance industry.

Rate : $45/HR

Start date: Immediate

If candidates have either six sigma or IIBA certification, they can
pay up to $50/hr.

Work on the project within Health Care Reform implementation Program
There will be a phone screen and a face to face interview required.
Detailed Description: Partnering with PM and SMEs, developing business
requirements, UAT scripts, process diagrams per EPMO requirements.

•       Must have strong process skills
•       Healthcare experience is required
•       Actuarial or financial experience w/Healthcare is a must
•       Six Sigma or IIBA certification - big plus (some training or
exposure to these is required)
•       Blue Cross experience is strong plus
•       Understanding mechanisms of legislative & regulatory areas of
Healthcare required-- HIPPA,
•       CFRPart 11, Medicare, Medicaid, etc…



Title : ATG Developer
North Bergen, NJ)
Rate:  $70/hr AI
Duration: 4-6 months

They are doing an ATG migration and a number of other projects.  They
have an existing team, and are looking to bolster it with extra hands!

MUST HAVES:
1-2 yrs hard-core ATG coding (NOT maintenance and support—new
development)
ATG Commerce Server, etc…
3-5 yrs J2EE/JAVA coding
Oracle database experience

Interview Process:  Meet with the ATG Architect for a tech interview—
he is not messing around—will be a tough tech interview!  If they are
not local, they will start w/a phone screen.  If they blow the client
away, there will be no need for a face to face, but they reserve the
right to ask for one!
