- Coordination with the client and the offshore teams****
- Work in a high volume ticket based production support environment

- Act as the first level escalation for issues****
- Ability to work with offshore teams may require limited afterhour
support****
- Need to work at the client site each day (client does not have a
work remote policy)****
- 4+ yrs of industry experience****
- Strong technical knowledge on HTML, Javascript, CSS, PHP, Apache,
UNIX****
- Needs to have atleast knowledge of 1 PHP based CMS system.****
- Preferred skills: Adobe Flash, Coldfusion, eZ publish****
