Duration: 6 Months
Project Description:
Implement WMI HR on Oracle EBS R12 by migrating existing
implementation from Lawson.
Developer Skill Set
-- 4-6 years overall experience; 4+ years of technical experience
implementing and supporting Oracle HR / Benefits / Compensation.
-- Solid functional understanding of Oracle HRMS modules. Payroll
experience is a plus.
-- Experience with Fast Formulas, Workflows, Extensions, OAF.
-- Experience implementing inbound and outbound interfaces to and from
Oracle EBS.
-- Extensive experience interpreting functional documents and writing
technical specifications for system integrations, systems changes or system
enhancements.
-- Highly skilled with SQL, PL/SQL programming, Unix Shell Scripting
languages and techniques.
-- Experience working with SQLLoader, Toad, SQLPlus or other Oracle
development tools
-- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
-- Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.
-- Demonstrated ability to effectively work both independently and within
cross functional project teams that span multiple time-zones.
-- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, and fluid environment.
-- Prior experience working in a controlled/validated environment
(Sarbanes Oxley) preferred.
