Job Responsibilities: • Contributes to the development of Information Data assets such as Enterprise Data Model, Canonical Models, Metadata, etc. that are needed to support the organization in achieving its strategic goals. Participates in dialogs with Design, Development, Business Architects and other key players to advance Architecture forward • Produces the appropriate information models while participating in Blueprint efforts and Strategic projects • Stays informed about technology trends, directions & determines applicability. • Utilizes industry & competitive knowledge to apply the most current and appropriate ideas in a forward-looking manner to support the business & also to anticipate new opportunities • Conducts vendor/technology evaluation as appropriate • Influences the acceptance of new technologies that drive consistency, efficiency & agility to the organization Qualifications • Experienced in data analysis, conceptual and logical data modeling, and data integration mechanisms • Strong data modeling skills, including a deep understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database designs and the normalization levels of Operational Data Stores (ODS) and data marts • Prefer candidates with proven experience in development and execution of Enterprise Data Strategy and Data Governance process • Experience with data-modeling tool such as Power Designer • Minimum of 7 years of technical background • Good understanding of Object Oriented Design (OOD) techniques desirable. Experience with UML, requirements gathering, use case analysis and object modeling • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken • Excellent interpersonal skills - collaborate, facilitate, and negotiate as necessary • Knowledge of telcom/cable/satellite industry a strong plus Requirement No: 2 Technical Analyst---- Calidus Location: El Segundo, USA Duration: Long Term Responsibilities: • Technical Analyst role in the project, being a part of the development team. • Development and implementation activities as a part of the team. • Ensuring coding standards are met and ensuring deliverable meets client expectations. • Work with business teams, requirement collection • Design and coding • Status Reporting • Onsite-offshore coordination Technical Skills • Proven Technical Leadership experience Calidus – True Comp with 4 years of relevant work experience • Development experience with proven knowledge having worked in at least 3 implementations earlier. • Knowledge of Java, PL/SQL is preferable. • Experience in CRM applications using these technologies is a plus. • Excellent communication skills are a must. Requirement No: 3 Technical Lead----ATG Location: El Segundo, USA Duration: Long term Responsibilities: • Technical Lead role in the project, being a part of the development team. • Development and implementation activities as a part of the team. • Ensuring coding standards are met and ensuring deliverable meets client expectations. • Work with business teams, requirement collection • Design review • Status Reporting • Onsite-offshore coordination Technical Skills: • ATG • SQL (Oracle) • Weblogic • Web services • XML • JSON • JQuery • Development experience with proven knowledge having worked in at least 3 implementations earlier. • Excellent communication skills are a must. • Knowledge of Java, PL/SQL is preferable.
