Position: Java/UI Developer Location: Detroit,MI Duration: 6 months+ Rate: Open Description Deeply understand target users' needs, motivations and behaviors in delivering and coordinating health care. Create prototypes and mock-ups for products across web and mobile platforms. Starting from sketches, wireframes, established visual design, and/or design patterns, create high-fidelity mocks and prototypes to support brisk cross-functional exploration of design concepts, usability assessments, and stakeholder buy-in. Develop and deliver front-end design assets and all necessary visual artifacts, including style guides as needed. Maintain a coherent design vision throughout the production process. Follow existing patterns and as needed, propose and document new patterns. Build effective, collaborative working relationships with visual and interaction designers, copywriters, usability researchers, developers, and product management Requirements: . At least 3+ years of experience implementing customer facing web portals and UI design focused on design aspects of web design while following SDLC methodology . At least 3+ years' experience with justinmind - wireframe prototype, adobe illustrator, (get as close as possible) .
