Please attach an updated resume with your response. * * *Role: ETL DEVELOPER /Oracle OWB-ETL Programmer/ Applications Programmer* *Location: Baltimore, MD* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Minimum Qualifications* At least six (6) years of experience designing and developing data warehousing database star schemas, 3N data forms using Oracle 10 g and 11g database At least six (6) years of experience with Oracle OWB- ETL programming data, data imports, and data transformations. At least six (6) years of experience programming in SQL, PL/SQL, JAVA and C At least four (4) years of experience analyzing user requirements and translating them into system data structure designs At least two (2) years of experience with installing and administrating an OWB-ETL application environment At least two (2) years of experience using ERWIN design tools and techniques At least (1) year of experience working at a State or Local Department of Education *Duties:* Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts. Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts. Translates detailed design into computer software. Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provides technical direction to programmers as required to ensure program deadlines are met. *Education:* A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred. A Master’s Degree in one of the above disciplines equals one year specialized and two years general experience. *General Experience:* Must have five (5) years of computer experience in information systems design. Specialized Experience: At least three (3) years of experience as an application programmer on large-scale DOITS, knowledge of computer equipment, and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives. Extensive 3N relational form, star schema and OWB-ELT data modeling and ETL development experience to help an inter-agency team define the operational data stores, Star schemas, and ETL processes for the P20W agency partners. *Duties / Responsibilities* 1. Analyze complex education accountability and performance reporting and data storage requirements with end users, 2. Prepare data models that support the creation of education data structures, KPI development, and ETL development in Informatica and Oracle 11g using ERWIN 3. Add meta-data to ERWIN files 4. Write ETL requirements and specifications documents 5.
